Played well at CB

Means we should start him at RB instead of Bellerin?

Nope

His pace is gone, he might work as a CB, but not a RB right now

It's his natural position the right side so yes, we have just bellerin as rwb. I don't think he is so slow, bellerin is faster yes his only advantage. Debuchy has convinced me and bellerin has no Competition. I can't remember the last good game from bellerin

I hate Bellerin but Debuchy's lack of pace is worrying. I think Bellerin is worse than the shirt Swapper

- At fault for the opener by playing their striker on side
- Miraculously didn't get penalised after he wrestled James Husband to the floor in the 18-yard box

How does making two crucial individual defensive errors translate to Debuchy having had a good game?

Ok the first one i don't remember at all, it happened too fast .but it was never a penalty for me. One error then okay but else he looked very solid in my opinion One of the few players who had a good game.

Had an alright game, but his pace is completely gone. Nothing like Newcastle version.

Why is the guy still here? Wenger is a moron, he wanted to leave and should have been let go even if it was united

The Mathieu Debuchy prior to his injury nightmare would have limited Bellerin to about 20 appearances as his understudy. Much much better defensively and definitely more end product offensively. However, Bellerin's first 18 months or so were pretty good if not superb given he used that fantastic burst of speed to recover any mistakes he did make. I hope Debuchy does still have some gas in the tank and just needs to shake off the rust as I think with a back four we are a much more fluent and effective team.

Funny how the referee making an incorrect decision in his/our favor is for some on here the difference between him having a good game and being on his case, scolding him, wondering why on earth he is still on our books.

This guy is a legend.

Has been paid for three years to literally do nothing except train.

This guy is still here.

It's astounding that a club worth billions can be this poorly run.

I am still baffled. Such an experienced defender and he tackles like this in such crucial moment. Absolutely speechless.
