Does anyone have faith in Kola ?

Blimey, it could've been Gibbs instead of Monreal if some fans had their way. Monreal is a quality LB.

What's wrong with kolasinac?

Thought he was pretty good last season then got dropped for no reason which is the Wenger way and hasn't recovered that form yet cos he's hardly played since.

Was excellent for my title winning draft side before Xmas.

He’s a left back who can’t defend and he’s also fat

I thought he’d be a great addition to us and he’s super average

dont think he can play in a back 4, even at schalke he was a LWB, and his bright start for us came there too where his defensive flaws were masked

emery will never use a back 3

But a 433 with a dedicated DM is the same as a 343 with 2 CM, which is how we played when Kola was doing well.

ie back 4 with Torreira and 2 CMs next to him should be fine for Kola

Apparently negotiations have started with Nacho for a new contract as the present one ends at the end of the season

Not for me. He's a great player and all, but physically it's downhill from here. We should be looking at a young starter in his prime that can cement his place in the 11 and play the majority of matches during the season.

Our system needs players at FB that can get up and down quickly and constantly. Nacho was never the fastest anyway and he'll start to struggle more now with consecutive games. Unless we have a great youngster coming up in that spot, I'm pretty lukewarm on giving him more years..

Kieran Tierney or Ben Chillwell imo

Nacho has shown no signs of slowing down or of his performances dropping off, to me he is not a problem.

Hope we agree a new deal with him. Really rate him, has a knack of scoring goals at important times. I remember when he first joined I thought Gibbs was better :rofll:

I remember seeing chiliwell in a cup game 2/3 year's ago now and thought wow he's the canine's gonads and was elated when we apparently put in a bid for him, especially as he couldn't displace Fuchs. But he did a Vardy on us and in my limited opinion he hasn't hit that level of performance since, although it sounds as if he might be on it again.

I've kept an eye on the Scottish Premiership for a while now given that Celtic seem to keep unearthing rough diamonds and yes I did put in a shout for both wanyama and van djick and remember comments like cheap crap playing in a micky mouse league. Tierney is another one dogs run away from and likewise we have missed the boat again as when he does eventually decide to move on do not be surprised to see the likes of Barcelona, City, Bayern and Real Madrid to be in the queue. So unless Charlie Nic is having a word in his shell like it ain't happening.
