I love Kola, but his passes can be shocking sometimes

Just control the midfield and bully their players dont have to make fancy passes. Just side pass to wilshere,

It could work, like it did with Coq and Cazorla, but it would take some time for a LB to learn the duties of a DM.

I do think Monreal is more flexible with that as he played CB before and has more experience. Also Kolasinac's energy is needed as a full back.

I don't think Monreal could play as a full back twice a week anymore.

Wilshere-------Ramsey
-------Kolasinac

The answer is below. Kola is a perfect LWB though.

Arsenal~Fanatic wrote:Monreal is a versatile defender who is capable of playing anywhere across the back line. Yes he is not a spring chicken and age is not his best friend but he can always be an option at CB as he gets slower. His experience, game awareness and intelligence is second to none in our team as far as defence is concerned.

I chose Monreal for now based on what he and Kola have shown us this season. However, we have not seen the real Kola yet. I think this guy could be much better than what we have seen. I am not saying it's Sanchez's problem but the way Sanchez played at the left side always makes our LWB confused. You can see many times Kola just could not decide if he should go up or pull back when Sanchez had the ball. On the other side, Ozil makes Bellerin's job look much easier.

One of the best LBs in the world attacking wise. He scores so much lately.

please don't side with Wonga that the throwin was a mistake. you'd think an EPL Gk could clear a simple ball

Exactly.

One measure of this supposed mistake. How many people actually panicked on the throw-in itself? It wouldn't even be talked about if Cech was halfway competent

From this moment forth he shall be known as "Donreal".

How are our strikers getting embarrassed by a LB ffs?

Because it's Nacho Donreal's world, and they're living in it?
