If this is true it’s no real surprise, this club has been going down the pan for years, this is just another step towards best by midtable regulars as we have been for 2 seasons now.

Arteta has zero ability as manager, only someone incompetent could think he’s doing a good job.

Under this lot we’ll probably end up getting relegated, can’t say we didn’t have it coming with this acceptance of mediocrity, this club screams mediocrity from top to bottom, it’s only a big club in name.

How did we end up with owners who think midtable is a good performance, I guess that comes from knowing nothing about the sport.

...........I'm stating a clear fact, Newcastle played like sht against us.

There is no getting around that, we were in 2nd gear all game and they barely troubled our goal and we weren't exactly playing electric either.

We were bland and overly cautious, they were complete crap, where's the untruth there?

We were at them from the 1st minute - we never let them get settled.
Bottom line is we played well against a team who had been on some decent form.

A win is a win.

What we have learned with Arsenal for a decade now is that we are masters when it comes to flattering to deceive, we paper over cracks so well. Its like when we beat Leicester, people were going overboard about it but it papered over cracks, they had key players missing and they played shit.

Now whilst I don't want to take anything away from wins because teams beat us when we are not at our best too - the big picture should be looked at. Beating Newcastle in isolation means nothing. Beating Leicester in isolation meant nothing. We don't kick on afterwards so it all becomes meaningless, we don't see an improvement.

So we were dire then?
No Pat on the back needed
No need to moan either
An end of season game like we have played
Time and again

KdB as a false nine against PSG is proof that Pep copies Arteta.

L'équipe : Arsene Wenger could also join Daniel Ek in his bid to buy Arsenal FC with Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira & Dennis Bergkamp

Please no

Sarri was being considered for the Roma job. Since Jose took that, I can see the Italian media linking him some other club. Arsenal is a weird choice though if they're bullshitting.

I'd be more worried about the demand for success and results under Wenger. I think he'd leave the footballing philosophy stuff to the manager but would want to uphold the values of the club.
