I don't think Allegri would come and if he did he would run into the same problem as Arteta.

Rafa maybe... He has experience with Newcastle...

The expectation these days is of EL football, so if we're 6th/7th or roundabouts, fans would be okay with that.

There's nothing that can justify 15th place.

We had Arsene Wenger working miracles here. While there won't be another Wenger, you have to help yourself by getting top managers, not someone like Emery or Arteta, who is proving to be out of depth. I wanted Arteta here for the aura of mystery btw.

We've spent nearly £350m since Wenger left, so it's not true that we don't have the money. A top manager would be interested if you pay top wages.

We have no leadership up top. The best thing would be to invite Wenger to join the board and work from there on.

Arteta hasn't helped himself by alienating some of our players either, nor does his Pep-like authoritarian streak work if you don't have moguls funding you.

Yes we've spent a lot of money but it was the clubs money. Self sufficient, remember? With Covid ravaging the club and finishing outside the top 8 while, by the way, still paying installments for a few players, It's super unrealistic to expect us to spend a lot of money in the future. Not unless Kroenke's really start spending their own money which I don't see happening.

This is why we played 3-4-3.

We needed that defensive cushion to sure up our mistakes and keep us in the game.

Notice how when we get all the possession when the other team sits and defends, that actually is a weakness for us because we have so many sht footballers.

Saka,Willian, Xhaka and more, all trash and worst of all is the manager who openly admitted he needs at least 6 players to play 4-3-3 possession football yet makes use it wayyy before the team is ready.

Genius.

Sack this bastard now.

Its actually embarrassing how easily Mourhino dispatched Arteta and all within one half.

Let us have all the possession because he knew our players couldn't create a cup of coffee, let alone a goal.

Has Tottenham ever beaten us with such ease?

Blame has to fall on the manager. Yes, we have some crap players but even the kids that show more fight and heart in the Europa League don't make it to the bench or off the bench.

If we have to wipe the slate clean and sell certain players, I'd rather see it done with a new managers that can at least recognize our weak links in Xhaka, Bellerin and Willian.

Probs his easiest bout against us ever.

Even in that 6-0 loss, we threatened more.

We'll just be gambling on others as well anyway.

Lampard is inferior to this guy but he's been backed to the hilt and it shows. Even his shit mistakes are glossed over thanks to the high quality of players at disposal.

We're 15th and Brighton have a game in hand.

15th.
I said this with Emery but is a different manager really gonna do better? Might end up 18th with Arteta's replacement.

If we end up hiring Tim Sherwood, perhaps.

We need to get it right. Pochettino. Enough of this hocus-pocus.

Why would he ruin his legacy at Tottenham to join the dark hole that is this club at the moment, when he can join PSG in a few months?

There's Allegri, Benitez.. We're not some 2-cent club as is the consensus these days.

Regardless, Poch to PSG isn't set on stone. And, he doesn't have many offers although the Real Madrid job might be vacant in a few months.

I don't see any of those names making a difference. The squad isn't good. We've started addressing holes with partey and Gabriel but it is too slow.

They will never take us back to CL with the same squad, and will got though patches of bad results too then what sack them and bring someone else? We are just doing a united now coz of 0 patience. Ole goes in/out of the bin every week and it's not good.

I'm sure we'll turn this around enough not to get relegated but Europa League is where it's at for this season. We can evaluate arteta in the summer. Anyway that's my opinion, but fuk knows what those fukwits at board level end up doing. For a club that sees itself as a business first, it is ran in the worst way ever.
