We either need a stop-gap option until the summer or a top quality striker. He'd have to go back to NYB by late Feb so can't see it. If we signed him permanently I suppose he could fit into the first category though

Hope not on the field. Coach of some sort would be a massive erection, but not as a player.

What SHOULD happen - Sign Henry on a 1 maybe 2 month loan. Let Bendtner play for the reserves to keep fit so he can get his January move. Buy a striker in January that we desperately want/need then give Thierry a massive farewell at the Emirates instead of a pumping at the San Siro.

Reality - Keep Bendtner as back up and Henry teases us all training with the squad daily.

I really want this to happen. A 36 year old Henry is still better than most strikers in the PL tbh. He's still got it!

Just sign the King on loan for January and February so we can give Giroud the chance to be fresh for March when we will need him fresh.
