He is not the manager to be a shining beacon of nobleness, he is there to win football games. His brief is not to create the best academy, although he may argue that his brief is in fact to make the club lots of money - which is at odds to the wishes of most fans.
The great game has moved on, unfortunately, it means traditional ideals, things that made Arsenal "Arsenal" are holding us back. Aint nobody got time to be held back in this day and age.
They are not the things that made Arsenal "Arsenal" when I was growing up in the late 80s and early 90s! The things that are holding us back are "Arsene" things, not "Arsenal" things!
