I don't blame them. That is the first thing I'd do if I took the club over. The fact that we have these discussions about Ozil prove he's not a big time player. Mkhi also isn't a big time player and he clearly doesn't fit Emery's style of play so he's useless even as a squader. Welbeck and Kosc are always injured so you definitely let them go. In the case of Kos, he is also making too much to be a reserve. And Cech is old as shit and error prone. Plus, he wears the helmet. Honestly, I'd also let them go because they are Wenger's boys from the "loser" era. I don't want that kinda mentality in my team (celebrating 4th place).

Problem is are we replacing them? Right now we have a very strong bench / second team for cup games, Europa League etc. I worry that if we dump all of them (and you can throw elneny in there too) who are they being replaced with? If we have options lined up fine, but we can’t afford to lose them all and not replace them... they’re still good players.

I think his injury record is one of the reason why the club hesitated to give him a big salary.

The quality is debatable, but the injury record is not. Lol.

All the news are about Holding. So, Ramsey's injury is not serious I think.

I think he is best midfielder at the club. Emery is making big mistake not playing him. First mistake was not keeping Wilshere. Second is not playing Ramsey. Most gifted midfielder we have with good engine. Guendouzi not ready yet. No Ramsey is like making engine and starting car without oil. Xhaka is not good to play with Torreira. We need Ramsey. He won us two FA Cups. Great player.

I am sorry that he will not sign a new contract and what may be left in this transfer period. A high-quality player can run a lot, but his indiscipline has cost him a lot. In many moments he behaves more like an attacker than a midfielder.

Ramsey is a loser, enough said. In a pro career that has so far lasted a decade, Ramsey has won a staggering 5 trophies for club and country. The 5 trophies that he has won are 3x FA Cup and 2x English Super Cup. None of those are impressive so I'm not really sure what he's being paid for. Thankfully, a winner like Emery agrees. And I love how blunt he is in regards to dealing with Ramsey's contract scenario. Can't wait to see him on someone else's books. Hopefully, he will go to United and command a massive salary.
