Attacking midfielder - played 215 EPL games scored 30 goals ... that's just one every seven games ... and he's 'the best midfielder in the team by a distance' ... so just how fecked are we ????

Dele Alli 74 games already got 30

Hazard 175 games 67 goals

Mane 97 games 37 goals

Can you spot the difference .... with that midfield 0-0 was the best we could hope for ... and we got it ....

Ramsey is a CM that likes to get forward.

You picked 2 wf/sts on occasion and an actual CF.

Why try this hard to skewer an argument against a player you don't rate?

Should have thrown Kane in there too tbf

Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck are in the final two years of their contracts
Ramsey can expect to be offered £150,000 and Welbeck in excess of £100,000

Only a team like Arsenal whine and moans over the transfer window about not having money and then follows up by offering mega money to its own mediocre players.

We cant keep dodging bullets like we did with Ox. We got lucky with him.

Expect more Walcott like contracts on this team in the future.

Rambo can fetch 250k from arsenal easily. If ox can get 180k....their desperation has no limits

Thought he was much better tonight, made some good runs including the one for the penalty and where alexis played him a sexy af ball. Nothing outstanding but fine enough.

Baffed by some of his ratings tbh.

Knowing Arsenal most if not all those useless players will get new contracts.

Mane is not an "actual CF". He is a WF/Winger that can sometimes play CF (just like Alexis).
I see your point though about CM/CAMs versus Wingers/WFs. Maybe Ramsey should be compared to Ozil, Dele Alli, Lampard, Coutinho( :o ) Cesc at Arsenal, Ballack, etc

........ 1 - nil to The Arsenal

Ramsey's a CM, all others on your list except for Lampard are attackings mids. Compare his stats to those of Modric, Rakitic or Vidal if you really need to compare.

An absolutely limited player. He should never be a starter at a club like Arsenal..
But he can be a good substitute and a good Cup game player.
