Ramsey isn't perfect but he isn't the problem

There were 10 other men on the pitch, he didn't win it by himself. Who's to say his replacement wouldn't have scored either?

He isn't the problem, but he also really isn't good enough to be a starter on a top team.

As usual the truth about Ramsey is something in the middle, he is not shit and he is not great, he is somewhere in the middle. Is that good enough for Arsenal? In some ways yes and in some ways no.

If you can play him in a role that suits his game, absolutely. When he gets ideas above his station and starts the stupid flicks and hollywood passes and loses his discipline, absolutely not.

Ramsey is a conundrum, he is far too inconsistent for me to lose any sleep over him. You might say Ozil is also inconsistent so why the double standards? Ozil is a proven consistent performer at the highest level who had not been provided with the support he needs to do his job. I have no doubts that Ozil can perform consistently well given the supoorting cast he needs

Ramsey is British and Home grown which makes him expensive

Because he's expensive we can only justify the investment if he's going to be regular starting XI , and he isn't going to be.

I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up at Cardiff City either this season or soon thereafter

Who said that about Ramsey?

Don't use arguments put forward for Wilshere and transfer them here.

Ox found a big club ............ doesn't mean he didn't end up a bench warmer.

Even if Ramsey does become first team, it changes nothing, we don't want to match his ridiculous demands simple as that, that doesn't mean he's a crap player, it means he's not Kevin DeBruyne.

On top of that we don't really need him, he's not having much of a positive effect when he comes on and that's the truth of it.

Torreia makes a difference, Leno makes a difference, Sokratis makes a difference, Lacazette makes a difference, Ozil makes a difference, Auba makes a difference, hell even Welbeck makes a difference a lot of the time.

Ramsey is among those players who aren't really making a difference, goals? assists? great tackles? ......... not recently.

I could see him starting in some Buli games, but certainly not against big teams in CL. Their squad is too good for that. Regardless, shrewd move on Bayern's part. I am personally glad that he is gone.

Ramsey has 4 PL assists to ozils one this season, in I am guessing far less minutes, not saying Ramsey is better, ozil is clearly better but the guy is the only player that hasn't had a fair crack this season but his going so they don't see the point doing it.
