I pray every night for a miracle where Santi gets fit and becomes 24 years old again but still plays for us

Can't wait for the Ramsey/Xhaka partnership to really take hold this season.

So excited to see mediocrity.

Agendas on here are laughable. He may not be a world great, but Rambo mediocre? For all of his apparent faults - first touch, positioning, selfishness, etc he is the one midfielder that gives us incisive forward options and yes that means taking risks. Dross in our squad like Walcott, iwobi and Monreal get away with murder and Ramsey gets the haters.

Ah yes, the old "you don't think he's that good, so you must be a hater and have agenda" post. Never any in-between with you of you guys huh? I like Ramsey, I just think we need better. If you don't then great. Now if you want to argue about the meaning of the word mediocre then that's a different subject.

they all get slagged just as much but none of them have the ridiculous fanboy lovers like this clown. Cripps and Theo aside ofc.

Anyway if Ramsey bangs 19 goals like Theo I'll allow his flaws.

In the past 2 seasons Monreal has been our most improved player, dunno why you are calling him dross.

Ramsey is a very strange player, has his days where he looks like a world beater and others where he looks utter shit. As we all know he has had his ups and downs including a loss of confidence, he also had that purple 18 month patch where he was very very good.

He is guilty of trying too hard and that makes him make stupid decisions. He was not helped by the fact Wenger didn't play him in the right position and at times had utter wank as midfield partners. He looks top quality when he plays for Wales which tells me he has ability but is suited to the slower pace of international football - he would do well playing club football on the continent.

Ramsey is a far better footballer than Walcott, I actually don't mind Ramsey - I'm neither excited or disappointed by him. I can see why people call him shit and why others rate him, he divides opinion, I don't think there is a right or wrong answer, Ramsey is a bit of both when he plays for Arsenal. Yup ..... I'm sitting on the fence.

Ramsey needs two holding players behind him like he gets at Wales, or a 343 with a DM and three CBS.
Give him that and the freedom to get forward and he's gold. Expect him to sit in a deep lying position all game and get ready for disappointment.
Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything.
