DM reports around 350k/ wk. But , think Metro reported around 250k/ wk. Hard to fathom really.

Thats the way it should be done. Motivate the player to play. Good players wont fear such clauses

Ozil, Mustafi and Sokratis will all be gone in a year and that clears over 500k p/w off the wage bill. Mkhitaryan is gone and he earned well over 150k. We've bumped Aubameyang's by 50-150k p/w depending on bonuses. Total no-brainer.
