I feel the same way I felt about rvp and cesc. They both deserved better and it would be selfish to want them to stay

Tbf when cesc and rvp came they was young and we was up there, Wenger had his mojo with young players still.

It wasn't a great move for Pea so there is less sympathy.

Now it’s Olympiacos in the final 32.
Sad.

And that is Wenger's fault

Ahhh that's cool.

I think from the look on Auba's face and the way the fans can get especially in Emery's reign I think he was expecting the fans to lambast him for that last minute miss.
But in the end of the day the only reason we were in the tie was due to that spectacular over head kick, if someone else in our team bothered to contribute the way he does we wouldn't of lost.

Man can't be expected to do everything on his own.

Barcelona are keeping a close eye on Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, 30, who is out of contract at the end of next season. (Sunday Express)

Give him what he wants FFS. One of the Top 10 strikers in the world who's done the job everywhere he's been, and never made excuses.

Reading through the first few pages of this thread it's funny how so many posters wanted us to steer well clear of Auba.

Great player. Deserves to be at an elite club.

Top 5 surely!!

Messi, Ronaldo, Lewandowski then, in my opinion Auba before Neymar and Salah, or is that bias?

Messi, Neymar, and Ronaldo aren't strikers though. If we consider goal-scorers in general, excluding Messi and Ronaldo, it's Lewandowski, Neymar, Mbappe, Auba, and Salah in that order currently. No Prem player has scored more goals since Auba's PL debut.

On a different note, Neymar is hands down the third best player in the world but he's had a wild run with injuries. His goal involvement ratio is second only to Messi since 17/18 season.

The issue we have also is FFP and the losses we made, if it carries on we'll get a huge fine and/or a ban and also a points deduction. Weve royally messed up, with Ozil still getting his 350 a week it doesn't help.

If we can get Mkhitryan off the wage bill it might help a bit though,

Such a poorly run club, ironically people use to harp on about how we do things the right way etc etc and yet out of all the top clubs we're in the biggest mess.
