Why do they want him back then?

Well they are out now so doesn't matter

We need Auba back and playing.. he is a billion times the player Eddie is, Arteta needs to put his ego away and bring Auba back into the team.

Even if his form is not amazing, he is so much better than Eddie, who just goal hangs all game

Working out well not having him, haven’t scored in 4 games now and we’re relying on Nketiah to come on and score goals.

We’ve also lost 3 of our last 5 games.

It makes more sense that he was sent home for disciplinary reasons.
I think the heart lesions story is BS.

Yes its worked out very well.
As soon as he was dropped we started scoring a hatful of goals.
I think we had our best month of goal scoring in the league in nearly 60 years as soon as he wasn’t in the team.
When we had him we were not scoring because he can’t hit the target from a yard out.

The way we are playing, blindly playing balls into the box we would be better off playing Holding or chambers up front

I would trust Holding or Chambers to finish a chance more than Auba.

Like I said 4 matches without a goal and 3 defeats in 5 and Nketiah coming on when we need a goal!

We played Sunderland a championship side, Norwich who are very poor, Southampton who had lost 2 and drawn 2 in the previous 4 games before playing us and Leeds who are having a terrible season and had been battered 7-0 the game before and were a shambles, that obviously helps explain our goal count at that point in time somewhat.

You can say whatever you like but the goals have dried up and Nketiah is the only option.

So you’d trust two defenders who never score goals over a striker who has scored a large amount of goals in his career.

That explains a lot I guess.
