Why can't we go 4-2-2-2?

We need a DM in summer. Fabinho would be great for this

Yeah they are easily the top pool of players.

There's quite a gap after that between them are the likes of Morata, Lukaku ect.

You've only listed center forwards. If you include all forwards or strikers you add Salah, Messi, Ron etc to that list and then Laca and Auba get consigned to the ashes.

strikers are centre forwards, you used the word strikers

forward covers all forms

if you said not top 10 forwards i wouldve agreed

Not to debate semantics. But in my opinion: forward is a position whereas striker is a role. Bergkamp was not a forward but he was a striker.

Should've gone for his hat trick. He's in my fantasy football team ffs

Still 5 in 6. Pretty good

A shoe in for top scorer had he been here from august

Giroud who?

Changing my mind on Aubamayang - he's never played at the top level, but 5 in 6 is not a bad start. Yesterday his overall game was not great and he missed a one on one with a poor effort, but his second goal was well taken.

Want to see him over a full season to see if he can be a top striker- scoring 30 plus goals is the minimum i would expect.

If Wenger leaves I think he has a chance, but yesterday he played a lot on the wing. I can see Wenger ruining his career if he stays.

and he missed a one on one with a poor effort,

I think thats harsh.

I need to see a replay again but from what I remember the angle was tight and Butland was closing in on him sharp which is why he had to take it on the outside of his right foot.

he's still the second top scorer in the bundesliga and he's scored 22 in 29 in europe for dortmund in the past 3 seasons, how has he not played at the top level?

The angle became tight because he didn't have the confidence to shoot with his first touch.
It was a bad miss.

Fair enough, I should have said he has never played for a top club. He's been just below the top level his whole career.

Got to credit butland for the save. He stayed big. Most keepers go down.

Good audition for when he comes here
