The new Ozil?

It was never a sensible bit of business, but you can understand why they kept him......at the time! However a week is a long time in football and it’s been months since he’s shown any form.

Worse than Ozil, at least Mesut was talented and not just a sprinter who does gymnastics on the side.

Can't see Arteta being a c*** to Auba so not the next Ozil.

Sprinting and gymnastics would have been far too dangerous for Ozil to contemplate, he buggered his back playing fortnight

Worse than Ozil because at least Ozil could pass the ball/get on the ball.

Same weak performance first half but two goals could be big for him. Hopefully rediscovers the goal scoring form we expect of him.

Still like to see him looking more hungry but this is a start :)

He's done well in this second half - the miss of the season in the first half may have been his rock bottom.
The second half standard he needs to maintain until the end of the season.

It’s good that he scored, that doesn’t excuse how shit and lazy he’s been all season. Now he has to get his scoring boots back and nobody will care if he jogs around a bit.

Personally gone off the guy massively this year as is fairly obvious but if he starts scoring for my club again then all good.
