Lacazette is not a great finisher either as he proved again today. He's no better than Auba. BUT, he does indeed offer far more to the team in terms of work rate, holding the ball up and bringing other players in. He should be our number 1 choice for striker, with what we have in the squad.

Lacazette is a good finisher. He just doesn't have a great left foot and he was forced on to his weaker foot for most of his chances today. But yes, overall, it seems as though the team tick more when he plays up front. We created more clear cut chances in the first half today than we have over the last few games. Goals will eventually come as long as we're creating quality chances and then the confidence will come back when in front of goal and we'll start being more clinical.
