Oh be quiet.

It was feckin Crystal Palace for gods sake.

Mhk is part of the Sanchez deal so that's a lock, as for PEA they are in negotiations as we speak.

It's been reported / confirmed Dortmund's team have flown over for the talks.

I expect everything wrapped up by Thursday for both one way or the other.

However Wenger has latched on and is slowing down the deal trying to knock down the price. Dortmund/Zorc getting annoyed. Deal should still go through but may take a while.

Deal was agreed at €60m. Wenger supposedly got involved and sensed he could get a better deal as Dortmund keen to offload Auba asap as proving a nuisance in the camp. Wenger has now dropped the previously agreed amount with €50m. Dortmund understandably getting annoyed.

Deal close to falling through. Murmurs Wenger is purposely trying to end this deal as doesn’t believe Auba is an improvement over Welceck or Giroud. Likewise prefers Iwobi to Miki but accepts he will be free with the Alexis deal.

Wenger main priority is to land Evans. Also interested in Nani as a possibility to replace Walcott.

Good lord that Ornstork bloke just now on BBC life score reporting similar to above.

Says Wenger very sceptible about Auba. A big result in the game today could mean Arsenal pull the plug. Wenger confident if Welbeck stays fit he could become as good as Giroud - who himself returns to fitness soon and will be like a new signing. Expect this deal will not happen now.

Evans a possibility but depends on Kos fitness. Wenger also impressed with new Greek CB.

Miki Sanchez swap almost done. Announcement tonight or tomorrow. Wenger keen to have a strong bench and a player to challenge Iwobi for his starting spot on the left.

Arsenal making enquiries about Nani who is seen as the ideal replacement for Walcott.

You underestimate Wenger’s ability to be Wenger.

No speculation this time.

As mentioned in the article, as well as by pretty much every reliable German outlet, Dortmund's CEO has publicly announced we have made a 'first request' for PEA.

There is a difference between an enquiry and a concrete bid.

people are refusing to believe anything good is coming out the club. this year has been a major turning point for arsenal behind the scenes, we're getting rid of a disruptive source in alexis, we've got a whole new transfer team where wenger isn't the main man, im absolutely confident we'll secure auba

a shame about not getting malcom but really optimistic about the future of our club

Yep even Orstein confirmed enquiry made. However almost says Wenger not willing to up his €50m valuation. Prefers to give Welbeck a chance and strengthen the RW spot with Nani
