Yeah I hate it to, but it’s the way the litttle mercenary is so we have to roll with it and try to make the best of a bad situation. Swapping him for Mhiki is about the best we could hope for in our current position.

Would have preferred to have taken the money and spent it on someone else, Mkhitaryan has been awful for Man U and is a player with no fight who doesn't take games by the scruff of the neck, more of what we already have basically.

He didn't even want to play for us.

He did his best whilst he was here but it was best for all parties that he went, no problem with him, we need to focus on making a great team and prove him wrong instead of a RVP de ja vu

It's 2018.

We've got a member on a forum called 22-0 laughing at people for turning on Sanchez.

Sanchez has taken the piss out of our club for the last 2 years.

22-0 has no pride or respect.

Yep, nothing says taking the piss out of the club like scoring 30 goals and getting 15 assists for said club...

Judging by the optimism around the club, I can't help thinking we haven't paid attention in the last few years. What's happening now is nothing new, and instead of treating it with suspicion, people are falling for it.

Our best player has left for a bigger club, and that bigger club has given us one of their flops in return. Not only is Mkhitaryan not as talented as Alexis, but he's also not a direct replacement by any means. It's definitely a bad deal for us.

"But we're signing Aubameyang", some will say, "he can replace Alexis!" Are we signing him, though? Haven't we seen numerous transfer sagas like this amount to nothing? There's no guarantee we'll get Aubameyang. None whatsoever. Let's not act as if the deal has been done.

Have we learnt nothing? How are we falling for it again?

RVP went to Utd last time I checked as is Sanchez, City didn't unsettle Sanchez, Sanchez wanted out and refused to extend his contract, city just said they'll take him on AND were willing to wait until his obligations with AFC were done ......... City or no City, he was gone come summer.

Sagna, Clichy, lets not underestimate AFC's role in this, they've had a taste for dealing with Cities cash ever since the Adebayor deal ......... again, Ade said just yesterday Wenger literally kicked him out the door for the £££ he didn't ask to leave, Wenger had RVP and wanted the cash.

So ........... yeah sure.

Also like we're unsettling PEA and Malcom??

Fans like you just fkin irritate me acting all butt hurt because a club buys an Arsenal player, like this doesn't happen all over football twice a year, you'd think the penny would drop, get a grip on the world really works or your better off just being quiet.

Hear hear
It's absolute bollocks about blaming players for moving
They have a career to think about and do what is best for themselves
The absolute disgrace is that
Arsenal should be the best place for said careers
The fact that so many think it is not is the issue that needs addressing
We are a very rich club

Wengers hurt locker must be close to full
Fabregas and nasri should have been the last players allowed to leave under Wenger
The fact that he was still here to oversea the sale of Rvp is down to the craven cowardice of the board not sacking him

Winner in an fa cup semi final
Opening goal in an fa cup final
The only people taking the piss are the people at arsenal allowing Wenger to remain as manager
