Was good in preseason

So you're saying we don't know yet then. Got it! ;)
Oh yeah I'm not saying we know for certain. Just that he looked more assured in preseason

Also remember that younger keepers have basically been forced to play this way, whereas Cech has had to learn it over the years, so it wouldn't be surprising if Leno is better

Yea I hear ya, and I remember him doing well in preseason too. We didn't get pressed as hard in preseason as we did in the city game, so its going to be interesting to see how he does when he gets put under pressure like city did.

As many have said, our first two games were expected to be defeats. Leno had already received criticism in pre-season. He'd have been written off before his Arsenal career even got started had he played vs City & Chelsea.

if Emery insists on starting Cech he needs to tell to stop playing out the ball with his feet immediately, Cech is not a sweeper keeper, its pure panic every time he does it.

The more he starts the more he will cost us, needs to take a back seat now.

Yeah, his reflexes are really slow. A better keeper would have saved one or two of yesterday's goals

He's made some fantastic saves, but really can't do build up play.

Been better in these 3 games than he was at any point last season

He will never be able to play the sweeper role. He is a decent shot stopper. He isn't same fearless beast he used to be before his head injury when he used to command his box. His distribution is poor. We need a keeper who is more mobile, can sweep, comfortable with ball at his feet and distribute. That's the definition of a modern day gk. Leno deserves a go.

Arsenal will be relegated if Cech plays every game this season.

Sadly Cech is past it - about 3 seasons past it - it's no co-incidence that Arsenals descent down the PL table, and their failure to qualify for the CL is linked to Cech being our number one keeper.

Cech is completely out of his depth in the EPL now and all the more so given Emery's new style of playing.

He's made no major mistakes in the first 3 games and until he does he won't be dropped. I'd give Leno a go based on his superior ability to play from the back but Cech has made some good saves and kept us in the games ffs.

Don't even rate him, didn't want to sign him but the agendas on here are annoying af.

Exactly. People acting like there was a single goal he let in that Leno would have saved, which is patently ridiculous
