Looked decent in the time he was on yesterday but this is the type of game he's fine in, where the other team are already dead and don't press so much.

DLP's are best in front of the defence, not in CM where they have no legs to run and no room to play their style, hes f***ing useless.

Aside from being a good long range passer and having a great shot, what do you find so technical about him? That's quite a surprising statement (to me).

Have you seen the technical quality of our other midfielders? Xhaka has good passing and creativity. He's the only one able to play forward balls in this shite squad.

I would go a step further and say he'd be decent in the middle of a back 3, a la David Luiz. Clearly got the steel to make challenges, just never seems arsed to track back. Would also give him space to dictate play.

Jesus wept no. He needs to stay as far away from our box as possible.

Best place for him is as understudy to someone more dynamic. He's just too immobile for our style of play and the league we play in.
