Fk know's why but the managers including Arteta love his arse so we have to live with it.
i can see him being a stand out performer in training with little one-two's here and there, spraying passes around without any pressure, completely bossing it.
but in real game scenarios he's a liability. just like mustafi he'll let you down at crucial moments. the problem is he's turned into a key cog in our system as the poster above said. our stats look much better with him than without him.
