Performances have been fine, still odd cock up reminding you who he really is but so far he's been pretty solid with Arteta's instructions. Will always be a c*** though.

World class pass. I want to see more of this from him this season because he's probably the best passer in the squad.

But but auba won't get chances if he's in the middle.

Has to start in the middle.

What? He's on the left and it allows him to drift inside. Nobody is saying he needs to stay out wide.

The entire point of playing Lacazette centrally is that he can do a lot of the dirty work and Aubameyang is free to attack the central space when he wants.

Um, he's on the left of the front 3 there. Plus he didn't take a shot anyway (cos of his awful first touch) so don't really get your point.

He did take a shot? Game didn't just stop there cos the clip did lol

Great first touch as well.

But but can't get chances in the middle.

You're using an example of Aubameyang playing on the left and drifting inside to justify him starting through the middle, meaning he'd be situated where Lacazette is in that clip. It's nonsense.

Isn't it the one where he went wide and turned round to play it into the box? If not then fair enough but thought it was, touch was still shit.

It’s funny when people say this when he was clearly instructed to play that way by Wenger, just Arteta when he played for us, Remember Song and Coquelin playing B2B towards the end under Wenger players don’t just suddenly decide to change their entire game one day lol.

Elneny is the latest example of this look at how he played under Wenger and Emery compared to Arteta, it’s the managers instructions.

It’s annoying when people act like these players were bad because they didn’t play the way you wanted them to, Denilson was a world class talent theirs a reason why he was captain of the under 17 Brazil team. If he was used right and allowed to express himself more he would have reached the very top level he had the right tools decent pace, good passing range, long shots and set piece specialist.

Not disagreeing with your point about manager's instructions.... but did giggle a little when you mentioned his captaincy at u17 level to make a point about his world class talent :hiding:

Oh leave off! He got in a shot and didn't score. He did however get the ball from a wide position and DID score, so what is your point?

don't think so, only a few like him.

he has been better in 2020 in fairness but don't like the guy and still always feel like a sloppy pass leading to a goal chance is round the corner.
