We can. We got a few 'get out of jail' tickets , against Watford and number of others earlier in the season.
I can't fathom Unai's interviews at all. Maybe even he isn't sure what he says or does.

Chelsea has the point advantage but has the hardest fixture

Arsenal has the goal difference advantage but still need Chelsea to drop pts, has slightly easy fixture.

United has easiest fixture but they need both Chelsea and Arsenal to drop pts and they are in bad position at goal difference.

I think we will make it. Chelsea can't beat both Watford and Leicester.

I know things have changed over the years, and it's not just a case of comparing our title winning and near title winning teams to our current crop of players.

No, not at all. The constant or defining factor that always used to epitomise The Arsenal, was that we always seemed to do things the hard way.

Taking the easy route or doing the logical things that make achieving the objective simpler is just not part of our DNA. Of course there are always anomalies but that we always do things the hard way should be our official mantra.

When has a bookies stopped taking bets on us winning the league, or gone so far as to pay out early on Arsenal winning the title?

To me at least, the only time we've put ourselves in a position to be able to feel comfortable about winning the league was 90-91 season.

I remember as a kid that when you were at the doctors and had to swallow down two monstrous tablespoons of foul tasting gloop, it was followed by one of the two lollies you'd got for your part in the bribe.

The analogy is that you have to take your medicine to get better no matter how horrid it may taste. Unfortunately, our ailments go beyond a couple of spoonful's of stuff and instead sees us hooked up to a drip

Without doubt, we are certainly making things as difficult and strained as possible to ensure champions league football for next season.

We win the EL and kick spuds out of next season’s CL.

That would be heaven-sent.

Edu in coming. Hope he brings some Rivaldo, Ronaldinhos with him to get us dreaming again.
I think a very positive move at last. The guy is our own and will have feelings.

I may be a little bit biased as he was one of my favourites players, but if he could have got here pre Everton and brought his boots with him, I bet he would still have been head and shoulders above Elneny and Xhaka can't, and we'd have been secured in 3rd place a couple of weeks ago.

As a by product, this might be the best thing to have happened for Guendouzi, because if he ever needed a blue print to model his game on, he's the man.
