No idea who the CFs are for Marseille, Rennes or Lille, but they're all in with a shout for CL next year.

The man is on 250k a week. Clubs like Lille and Marseille can’t even pay half of that. He is going nowhere as no one can get close to what we paying him

Who? Lacazette?

I'm positive he isn't on that much. In fact, it's around £160/170k a week.

Aubameyang gets around £450k a week including all bonuses as per the details substantiated by the Atlantic. Ozil is on £350k a week. Mkhi earns around £200k a week. I'm not sure how much Roma are chipping in with Mkhi's wages.

One, he's probably realised his level, if he went to Madrid etc he risks being eaten alive by the expectation.

Second, with Auba going he knows that is his chance to become no1 and cement his place.

He could also be trying to play it down though, he has 24 months left on his contract and is 28 yrs old, he may very well be trying to sweet play Arsenal up so he can try to stall and slide into that final 12 months with no contract signed.

That's all that matters here, he can say what he wants but if he doesn't sign he should be sold.

Sign or be sold is the only way to stop these players from playing for time like Ramsey did.

Yep.... it’s just sound business sense and pretty incredible that it’s still sinking in!

I still don’t get how you force a player being sold?
With the players wage, ability and not having international football to worry about. He is not gonna lose money because arsenal suddenly don’t fancy him

The same way it happens every other time.

You tell a player they're not wanted and find them a buying club ............ not sure if you've noticed but it happens on a regular basis.

We just did it with Iwobi or did you miss that?

Iwobi didnt get lower wage to go to Everton. The man had a club willing to pay 35 million on him, so they were bound to give him better wages than us. Also he wasnt a big earner here. You really think a french club can pay him what we are outside of psg who dont want him? Look at the players age, level last 12 month and wages and you will realise how hard it would be to move him. Iwobi was still in his early 20s

One thing that fkin annoys me when speaking to certain people on here is when people make up their own narrative.

Who in the fk said that Laca would be earning less? how the fk do you know what he'll be offered??

Banging on about French clubs, last time the rumour was possibly Atheltico were interested, also, even if he went from £180k to £150k if we tell him he'll be benched for 24 months and we're moving on without him then that's usually enough to make a player feel insulted enough that he does go.

Again, this is all speculation ............. but we sell players, end of.

Stop making out like its some miraculous occurrence.

He needs to be sold.
I don't know what happened to him.
Even if he picks up some form again he's just to mentally fragile to play for a club like Arsenal.

Not a big game player, and average output overall. Had a massive dry spell under Wenger, great w/ Auba under Emery, and back to long dry spells without big game goals.

Absurd that he's played down the middle and Auba is not.

If he is one thing, it is that. Scored against Atletico, City, United, Chelsea, Spurs, Valencia, Napoli
