If he doesnt like the atmosphere here, he is free to go back to Lyon. I will gladly take back big Ollie Giroud.

Lacazette Arsenal 2018 /2019 = 5 goals

Giroud Chelsea 2018 / 2019 = 0 goals

Why have we let this little troll back on the forum?

    Really nothing in the comment.

    YES THERE IS ....

When a top International player is publicly telling us that our home ground has a shit atmosphere then there is something in that comment .... in all the years I've been following football I can say with absolute certainty that the crowd can indeed be the 12th man ... even today with no standing (can't come back soon enough) some grounds still turn it up ... Newcastle, Crystal Palace, Stoke, Swansea all had their moments right now Huddersfield might be crap but they still create an atmosphere we can only dream about ...

For a few years we fought hard for 'singing areas' but as usual the club ignored us .... hate to credit the c*** but Spurs have it right, when selling season tickets at their new place the designated future standing areas, the 'home' end, the new 'Paxton' section and the 'East Stand' section ... all aimed at hard core fans from around the old stadium ... will that work? well f**k knows but at least they thought about it ...

So just why are Lacca's words important? because when someone tells you something is wrong you should welcome that feedback, not with "nothing in that comment" but instead by taking criticism on-board and trying to put things right ...

Safe standing is surely on the way, it's a lucky opportunity for us to get things right, the club right now should be making proposals on where safe standing will go, be planning to allow season ticket holders who want to stand to move to those areas next season ... to be ahead of the game for once not always playing catch-up ... get all the standing fans in groups together and we will get the atmosphere back, at the very least we should try because as Lacca points out it can't get much worse ...

just goes to showya... when sports fans aint got nuthn to talk about?

    they talk about nuthn

    Calm there angry boy.

Lacazette 4 goals 2 assists in 535 minutes

Giroud 0 goals 4 assists in 357 minutes.

Giroud is the best support striker in the world. You cant judge him with the amounts of goals he scored. I dont need to mention that Giroud has started at every France's WC games while Lacazette didnt make the squad right, it would be overkill.

Uh also if you are going to ban me, make sure that its permanent ;)

Yes we can because its in his job role, this is the defense for Giroud apologists "Well errh, we can't judge him on goals" ............. need I say more?

My response wasn't angry, it was just facts, although I'm sure facts look like a declaration of war for you on this subject as harsh as they look.

How him being a support striker is an excuse? It is a fact, there is a reason that he made French starting XI at WC.

France probably couldnt have won WC without Giroud giving space to both Griezmann and Mbappe.

Not biggie, just wrote angry boy instead little boy. Other edits about him making French NT instead Laca etc.

Wrong Mandzukic and Benzema are better support strikers. Ask the best 1/1A player in the world Ronaldo.

Our home atmosphere is not that great but thats not new. If his words hurt u maybe u should be the one to leave. Giroud was meh. strikers are supposed to score goals. All 3 of our strikers have outscored him this season.
