Lol tactics and function are not your strong point i see.

In your eyes, he plays up top so he is the one who should score the most goals.

If that is the case why do we play 2 x attacking inside forwards and not wingers?

What a bunch of nonsense. He was bought to be a goal scoring number nine to replace Giroud. He played that way at Lyon as well. We had to go buy Auba because after half a season we realized he wasn’t very good. Even after buying him Wenger was not confident playing him and neither is emery. Stop making up all this pseudo intellectual nonsense about that tactics and functions. He can’t even get into his national team.

France's best striker hasn't been part of the team since 2016, so...

Loooool!! And some people used to extol the value of Giroud's weak-ass hold up play.

Auba has scored in every league game in September while Laca has been cooling his heels. So don’t give me that bollocks.

The lad has got a point, Auba seems to be just fine without Laca, Auba will get goals regardless of who he plays with.

Auba has always stated he prefers playing with Laca. Pepe has looked awful, my view is he lacks someone with decent hold up play to play off.

When was the last time you went to watch a game at the Emirates?

There is a reason Laca was voted player of the season by Arsenal fans last year ahead of Auba. He has scored 29 goals in 55 games which is a great return for someone who plays a false number nine. Giroud on the other hand, for someone who leads the line never scored more than 20 league goals in one season for Arsenal.

Laca is the perfect foil for Auba and whilst he may have been the main man at Lyon, at Arsenal he has played in a way that occupies defenders and allows Auba that space to do what he does best.

The way the French team has been set up for the last few years has meant that they pick Giroud ahead of Laca. That is not a reflection of ability. I would take Laca at Arsenal over Giroud anyday.

Hes a big game player, cant wait for him to come back, just saw some stats of his record against the other top 5 and hes got goals and assists against all of them, plus goals in europa quaters and semi final.

Not bad for a guy who is not our main attacking target.
