The problem is Lacazette is shopping around for a retitement package, biggest bucks.

Unfortunately, he's not quite sht enough for Arsenal to offer him a Golden parachute, we only save that for the likes of Willian who's done nothing for this club.

Tammy Abraham is certainly not the answer however, rather develop Balogun.

Nothing confirmed yet. He continues in the pre-season games so far. So he must be in the plans. Just wait and watch.

Atletico Madrid are considering a swoop for Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette - according to Calcio Mercato.

The Spanish giants could submit an opening bid of €15 million (£13m/$18m) for the Frenchman, who only has one year remaining on his contract.

Diego Simeone is a keen admirer of Lacazette, and Mikel Arteta is ready to sanction his Arsenal departure.

Lol 13 million, I swear teams have got our number, we overpay massively for players, meanwhile we either loan our players out, can’t sell them, or get lowballed and are forced to accept peanuts!

Better than what we’ll get in 12 months time. Take it and run.

If we can get 13m and save 9m in salary that's 22m we won't get come next summer - is one more year of Laca worth 22m?

True but it really is peanuts in modern day football terms.

Get 15m now and spend 40m on abraham or keep laca and lose 15m. I'm not sure which I'd prefer.

Only problem with keeping him is that Arteta will probably bench him for that t**t Aubameyang over and over again.
