I'd like to see Laca in a 10 role, but not as a playmaker, but support striker type thing, like a shadow striker or false 9 type thing just behind Auba, then do our playmaking from midfield and utilise wingers, this way we could put Auba further forward and get a specialised left winger.

Auba is not suited to being the main striker. Must be a fifa/champ manager thing that people keen suggesting it.

That or his entire Dortmund career and a big chunk of his arsenal career.

What is he suited to then? He's not a winger, or someone who plays deeper.

I've only seen him for us and his best games have come cutting inside from the left (LWF) with Laca as the main striker.

The games he's played as the main striker he's gone missing imo. Also, Laca is best as a #9. They either have to play as a front two or as part of a front three.

Now we have Pepe, a front three of Auba-Laca-Pepe makes most sense.

Agreed, but I still think Lacazette and Aubameyang's best position is as the main striker.

Pg you have a selective memory, or dementia.

He played the majority in the centre last season and scored 24 goals. Auba cant dribble and should not be employed on the wing. Auba relies on good wingers, which we did not have last season. Now we do. Lacazette should be the one that moves.

good strength for the goal. we didnt involve him enough, hes strong enough to holdup and pivot guys through, pepe/auba..

oh, auba dribbled ok for his goal, but then fluffed it on what woulda been the 3rd

The level of strength he has for his height is impressive. Quality goal.
