He is definitely a good player, good enough it to the the line, unfortunately he hasn't proved it yet and that is all that counts.
Wenger did not help him though he needed at least 10-15 full 90mins games.
With Peas arrival and the lack of trust it appears Wenger has in him I am not to optimistic about him being a success.
You could say that about every striker Arsenal have bought since Dennis Bergkamp pretty much. The only striker that you knew would be fine was Sanchez, he fits the Premier League perfectly and was not on a downward slope when we got him from Barcelona. which of Adebayor, Giroud, Chamakh, and Gervinho could even get close to Lacazette's scoring record especially in their last season with their respective clubs, before coming to Arsenal ?? Which of them proved anything at the top level ?
