At the moment, I don't see any of them making it at Arsenal. Some of them may become squad players but the way we're managing the careers of our youngsters doesn't encourage me one bit.

Like Wenger’s going to play them in their natural positions any time soon.

Bendtner was mid-twenties and still being played on the wing ‘for his development’! Then there’s Ox who was never given a position.

They all look average. At the moment can’t see many of them making it with the way they keep playing. They just seem so average.
Maybe Riess and that Nketiah kid, but the rest are your typical academy products that end up the lower leagues. I could not believe my eyes when i saw “Craig Eastmond” in the Sutton Fc team, he was one of our most hyped DM prospects, seeing him play for a National League (fifth tier club) like Sutton Fc got me sober.

The only one who's made the kind of impact to make me sit up and take notice is Nketiah, and we haven't seen anywhere near enough of him to make a proper judgement.

The team will not change tactics for these new players unless it is a last resort. Coach needs to give these new players some exercise opportunities

Agreed. Doing it for the reserves is ok. means next to nothing.

Most will find out how good they are with lower league or abroad loan spells.
