Tend to agree

Unless we can sign a first choice player or get a loan deal with option to buy it's not worth it

While our search for a striker continues, Monaco just signed our very own Mika Biereth on a four and a half year deal. Should we have given him a chance? Could he be any worse than what we have?

Arteta is now saying he needs players but are we linked to anyone yet......I'm not seeing much movement out there.

Don't think any PL team will sell their strikers. The highly rated ones from other leagues are all chased by multiple clubs and, again, are off the shelf for the winter.
The players from S America are highly unreliable nowadays...so it all makes things complicated.
Maybe close our eyes and make an offer for Rashford? Amorin's probably desperate to get rid of him. Don't see many options...

Meet Gyokeres' or Sesko's release clause and all we have to do is persuade the player.

Signing a striker in January doesn't look any more possible than it did in the summer. We have two strikers, Havertz and Jesus, who eat up over £500k of our wage bill every week. Adding another high profile striker into the mix is not sustainable. Unless we get rid of one of the two, which is almost certainly not going to happen especially in the week or so, we shouldn't expect a striker coming in anytime soon. We have our strikers, and it looks like we'll have to settle for them.

players like Aubvamneyang or even Sanchez leaving us are exceptions. they were top players but fell out with or wanted moves away from clubs.

Or otherwise, we'd get Trossard-esque players from smaller clubs like Brihgton, or Arshavin-like players from shit leagues like Russia.

Just put in a bid for Mbeumo. Brentfod won't get relegated and they won't get Europe or win anything. it's worth a shout even if they say no.

We won't get Isak this window. Newcastle can get top four and win a trophy. We'd only get him if he forces a move.
