Again , What's the deal with time wasting on dead ball situations ?

Our RB gets booked almost every match and now it's extending to our corner takers. Not long before our GK gets booked.

Timber is currently suspended partly because of it

It's a clear tactic imo.

Slow the game down and hope the opponent has a lapse in concentration ?

League is gone.

only the cups.

Tonight was poor. Brighton deserved the draw. our second-half performance was weak.

Newcastle won today but Spurs are shit and Ange is lucky he hasn'tbeen sacked yet. Howe is't stupid and knows we're a better proposition than Tottenham even though we drew today.
If we nullify Isak, we can beat them over two legs. Gordon is OK but no better than our forwards.

Yesterday proves to be a horror slip up

Could have closed the gap to 4 points (+ 1 game)

1. Draw against Brighton. Cause = Rice delaying the restart (questionable)

2. Draw against City. Cause = Trossard delaying the restart (questionable)

3. Loss against Bournemouth = Saliba red card (questionable)

Likely 5 points minimum dropped due to questionable refereeing.

Massive tbh.

Yesterday a dodgy penalty given after a clash of heads. Unprecedented! Probably 2 more pts. Keep on happening! Go figure!!

Manure did us a little favour today. Held Pool instead of rolling over. See what happens next.

Madrid done us a big favour tapping up Trent too

It's all the talk now

Disrupts Liverpool

Now it's time for Mikel and Pep to get on the phone. Get Barca involved too

Start leaking rumours

Diaz desperate to leave. Feels underpaid. McAllister too

Time to take of the gloves

I have a feeling Liverpool will bottle it. But no confidence that we will be ready to take it.

They have a lot of tough matches

But as many have already said , we just don't have any form

If we were at our best we could go on a real run and apply some pressure

But even the wins are often 10-15 minute spurts where we dominate and the remaining 75-80 minutes are a slog

How can you have any form ,when half of your defence , part of midfield and half of your offense remain sidelined half the season? Has to be constantly juggled?
Still remain competitive on all four fronts. All w/ possibilities.
Seems like a long slog through mud all season, w/ all others in indifferent form. ManCity, Chelsea already reigned in, only Pool left, but beginning to show cracks in the armour!

Next few league games will be very telling:

Spurs (H)
Villa (H)
Wolves (A)
M City (H)
Leicester (A)

Vs.

N Forest (A)
Brentford (A)
Ipswich (H)
Bournemouth (A)
Wolves (H)

We have 3 hard home fixtures and they have 3 hard away fixtures, so really it's all to play for!

Said it last season, we've been lucky. The luck with fitness was bound to run out. Players also get tired of giving it their all and seeing no return for it. Arteta is a one-trick pony and the league has figured that one trick out. We have depended on set pieces to stay competitive this season which is shocking after four seasons of team building.
