Rubbish today. Hence why i believe when Kai is back fit he would benefit coming on from the bench especially if we are ahead.

That Rice ball across goal, he needs to be there in the box but he's flat footed. Offered little to no holdup play.

I hope we see a lot more next season from him but i see nothing too much will improve from now till end of the season.

just on his heels walking

needs to be anticipating the cross and making a run

Jesus didn't convert that header, but he did get in the position and he got it on target. He also had that moment with Konate where both players pulled kits and on another day, he gets the shot off or draws the foul. Mind you, this is all in the 2nd half, where Liverpool largely dominated.

I wonder what he would've done in that 1st half where we were dominating possession and playing inside their box constantly.

He's just so much more dynamic and he gives you that "something might happen here" feeling whenever he has the ball. Basically, the complete opposite of Gyokeres.

Exactly. A real top striker is in the move anticipating a delivery and knows where to be, where to run. He's on hus heels just walking.

2/10 today. So shit. This isnt the Portugese League.

Jesus came on, gave them a goal scoring opportunity just outside the box with a reckless tackle, lost the ball a lot then blocked Gabby right at the end of the game with a free header !

But but Gyokeres.

He is a passenger.

He needs to be benched.

This experiment could cost us the title.

Merino at CF this season: Averages a goal contribution every 105' minutes. Scores a goal every 184' minutes.

Gyokeres: Averages a goal contribution every 323' minutes*. Never assisted.

A penalty in a 1 goal win is charitable but a penalty to score the 4th in an easy win ala havertz isn't?

Lol

Jedi being destroyed

The only thing that's going to be destroyed is our chance to win the title if this pubber keeps starting games.
