Boards of directors are what they are. If you're waiting for a better board to come along, eat pies with the fans and sing along with She Wore A Yellow Ribbon then you're living in a parallel universe. They make money, they don't care about football.

Don't blame the board.

Blame the manager

And blame yourself for putting up with it.

can't argue with that tbf and I'm one of those who goes all home gamss and many away. thought that my love of the club could outstrip my hatred of the clown and what we have become, but it no longer can. I am already committed to games v palace, Everton and chavs via red membership, but will commit to no others.

heart breaking but no more. last straw.

Yes he has, because he built us a new stadium all by himself. That's heroic!

The club is at the cross-roads. There is serious risk of an irreparable damage to the profile and reputation of the club. This simply cannot go on. It is not just the lack of results on the pitch it is the way the club is being mismanaged, fans being alienated and the is serious risk of being left behind which is the biggest concern.

The problem is not wenger alone. The club is rotten from the core. Years of bad management has lead to this. We went from not winning the league, to not finishing outside top 3 to just make the top 4 and now to unlikely make the top 4 in a while. The club has been steadily going backwards for years and every summer we made more bad decisions than good. Sudenly people think replacing sanchez and we are good. At best we get a player of sanchez level and still finish outside the top 4. The owner, management and the fans are all to blame and none of them deserve success. Arsenal fans are simply sh1t fans

The media are starting to cotton on to Wenger's incompetence. Let's break it down by category and see what Wenger offers us as a club going forward. In which of the following management areas does Wenger succeed:

Fitness and health: Utter failure. Routinely overplays players leading to successive injuries. Very casual attitude towards injuries including giving advice such as "go home and ice it" when he has no idea what the underlying problem is.

Man management: this use to be Wenger's area of strength - the players believed in him and themselves. Now he's lost the dressing room and no-one looks motivated to play for him. Not the big names, not the subs, not the youngsters.

Tactical knowledge: For a man nicknamed "Le Professeur", Wenger has never been a tactical genius. He played three in midfield because he saw Barcelona use it. He played 3 at the back because Chelsea were top of the league. He doesn't go over drills in training, rather he prefers to just let the players go the pitch and "express themselves". This worked when he had world class players like Henry, Bergkamp and Vieira at his disposal. But not anymore. (Apparently, and I heard this threw the grapevine, Bergkamp was the one instructing the others during training on the pitch. It makes sense given Arsenal's downfall coincides with his retirement. - which raises another issue, Wenger sidelining our former talent and refusing to use them in our coaching setup).

Match preparation: Wenger rarely bothers with opposition research. Not only that, but he'll have his players training as central-mids and then play them as centre-backs on matchday with no warning. The kitman is usually the one to tell the players the lineup - Wenger doesn't even go over his match plans with the players - because he hasn't got any.

Wenger could have left in the summer with his dignity after having secured 3 FA Cups in 4 years. I suppose, this season, the League Cup is achievable. But we've got two tough games to go in order to win so I don't fancy our chances. The FA Cup is gone, fourth spot is surely gone, there are far better teams than ours in the Europa League. Any other manager at any other club would get the sack for a season like this. Even King Kenny got the sack after 1 trophy and a final - which seems a damn sight better than how our season is going to turn out.

Our squad needs a complete overhaul. Wenger has no vision and should not be allowed anywhere near the transfer kitty. We need someone new, otherwise we'll be the next Notts Forrest (minus the European Cups).

We are truly being left behind. If Leicester had more consistency, we'd be battling for 6th. Wenger, the board, Kroenke have all destroyed this club.

In my view the damage has already been done. We're already damaged beyond repair, and the only way is down.

Yep we're like how Liverpool were 10 years a go. Except we still have the man responsible for it, at the rudder of the sinking ship.

Correct. The writing was on the wall as early as 2010., and I would suggest even earlier if you cared to really look. Wenger has always underachieved, never managing back to back titles or a champions league in his golden years. Thos golden years were entirely down to the players that were there before he joined. Those that Wenger brought in like Vieira could learn from people who understood football, like Bergkamp, Adams, Keown, Parlour. As soon as the link was broken to players who joined before Wenger did, the rot set in. The club changed. He systematically destroyed the club from top to bottom and the damage is so bad that we are en route to being a Leeds, Nottm Forest, Villa. All because of Wenger.

It's why it really doesn't matter if he stays or goes now. Once Alexis and Ozil leave, we have NO top quality players left, a losers mentality, horrible tactics, a lack of basic football understanding, no motivation and still a huge wage bill. No top player will want to play for Arsenal.

To destroy a club with Arsenal's history and tradition took some doing, but Wenger did it.
