Personally, I don't understand this attitude. Year after year, the pundits have consistently pointed out, and in some cases even predicted, Wenger's tactical failures. Their insight is no joke.

Pundits use something called hindsight i.e. they review games after they are won or lost and make observations. Gary Nevile tried his hand at management and end up a laughing stock. Souness was a joke as well back when. Carra and Wright arent even going to be allowed anywhere near a pro team. So really how much stock do we put in their words against a manager who has been at the top level of European football for almost 30 years? Anyone can make tactical observations after the event is over.

Top level for almost 30 years?? :rofll:

Bayern Munich called, they wanted to know when they could play Arsenal again.

Top level my arse! Lets get things straight, we took part in the CL and thats about it. Much like Stoke take part in the Premier League

:rofll:
that 2 and remember the Legends of the 'Cold night in Stoke'
When Barcelona heard about it and came for a visit...4-0 :frogwink:

Wengers Reign needs to end. Then Arsenal can rebuild.
Look at him doing an Ox to Reiss Nelson...playing him out of position, I wonder if he'll do that to Reiss for almost his ENTIRE ARSENAL CAREER just like the Ox....
will he wait and believe that he will get a chance in mid when Jack be Brittle, Awesome as he is but when that guy isn't playing ..will he get a chance...will he wonder.
Or will he take the next transfer window out as a young prospect...
And then some people will call him TRAITOR....4 what daring to be himself?

Yea, he's so average. I'm with you Arsène Nose. I mean, he only won titles in Spain, Italy and England + 2 Champions League. I don't get the fuss about him either.

Sean Dyche with money.

So what? that's the pundit's job ...... a feckin' five year old can comment on Wonger ... here's how it goes ...

Start the season with some 'experimental' positional selections .... drop 5/6 points behind the pace setters .... fail to rotate key players in October / November then suffer injury problems and drop 5/6 points in December .... enter February after a winter transfer window rife with speculation but no activity drop 5/6 points ... enter the last six weeks when other teams start switching off and have a decent run ... end up 10/15 points adrift ... feck up the transfer window by talking about signings rather than getting players signed ,.... start the process again ....

Rinse and repeat year in year out ..... punditry it's pretty feckin' simple .....

FYI - top level of European football for almost 30 years - to be at the top in Europe means CL ... how many has Wonger won?

Like Mourinho who calls Wenger a specialist in failure! He has won a bit more than Wenger!

Maureen got that right, I don't like the guy but he is a better manager.

Everyone should read The Deal: Inside the World of a Super-Agent by Jon Smith. He delves into the inner workings of some of Arsenal's prominent deals. The stories he tells are absolutely shocking. They confirm all the rumours about our ineptitude to conduct business in the transfer market.

If anything, Smith's book lays out a damning case against Arsene Wenger. He controls each and every aspect of the process himself. He haggles over a couple of million. He lets the deal drag on and on just so he can get a better deal. This is downright amateurish, and I doubt anyone can defend it.

Someone needs to stop this silly old git doing interviews. Now because we're not in the CL it's losing it's appeal.Well let's be honest here people only watched our games because they knew there would be loads of goals and we would get spanked. We were the Tommy Cooper of the CL the biggest joke out of the lot

:

1. He didn't get pay rise. No evidence of it. That's a myth created by haters .
2.LVG hasn't been there for 20 years , winning multiple titles in the process. He had no credit
3.I'd be banned if I called anyone an idiot, but somehow you, sims , hotair and others have a free pass.

It is very likely Wenger got a pay rise. After all, he's gotten one which each contract he's signed. Furthermore, our revenue has climbed steadily, and I think Wenger will want his share of that growth.
