Martinelli recently broke into the starting 11 deservedly on form and merit.

Also the threat of Italy stealing him away was a factor i think but he has a huge future for Brazil.

Going to be harder for Gabi Megalhes since he has Marquinhos, Thiago Silva and probably Elder Millitao ahead of hi

All 3 are left out of the Brazilian squad

Which is good in terms of them resting up

Not so good as the world cup is soon and don't want any of them missing out

Still think Jesus and Gabriel will go to the world cup. Martinelli has a fight on his hands

Brazil manager looking at some new faces.
Jesus , Martinelli and Gabriel are already a lock for the WC.

I love it. They can rest and will be more determined to prove their worth.
I think maybe Edu has some parts on this.

I don’t think Martinelli will make the World Cup squad. They have a number of forwards with more experience.

He might. Definitely not certain or a "lock" though

Other 2 are in

Better if all three are left out. These WC ,EU championships are intense ( 5-7 games in a month) and cause exhaustion and injuries.
Important that they stay fit for length of the season.

November World Cup gonna be bizarre. We have cover for Maga but not for Jesus and Martinelli. The latter won’t ever get to start due to Neymar so there’s no point in him going.

Jesus is the only one who should be in. But even he would be in Trouble since Neymar plays false 9 for them. Rodrygo Would most likely go because he is a big team game player and because of squad harmony tbf. Martinelli isn’t getting in ahead of Vinícius Júnior or Neymar. Maybe Jesus and Martienlli can get over richarlison , antony . Martinelli needs to hit 15 league goals though . Gabriel isnt getting in ahead of Silva Marquinhos Militao and Bremer either.

There's no way Gabriel can play in the national team with his recent performance. Some of our fans even thinking about benching Gabriel for White. Lol.
