We would just pull out of the deal if it was that big a problem

I read somewhere that we could have gotten this guy for free but Edu decided to pay 3m for him.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Sealed for 3.5 mil. Cool. Love a young Brazilian player. Hope we don’t loan him out.

Good news.

Another talented youngster arrives.

I say we keep him instead of loaning him out. We need numbers for next season and Pepe will likely leave.

Like Pépé, Marquinhos is left-footed, so that makes sense.

Reiss Nelson’s Arsenal career just ended.

Glad to see us make this type of move though, worth the gamble for sure.

Hi guys, hope you’re all doing well. As someone who’s been keeping an eye on Marquinhos for the last year or so, I wanted to provide some insight into the fella for those of you who might be interested in finding out what he’s all about. The kids a great talent and the sky is very much the limit if he’s managed in the right way. I’d love to hear your thoughts and am happy to answer any questions you may have in mind. Cheers and congratulations on landing him!

I wish they'd have the decency to not make a big deal out of signings like this. He's a youth signing, fine. But it hardly merits a full on media blitz. Low key announcement on the youth section of the website is more appropriate

Seems to rely heavily on his pace which isn’t a bad thing for counter attacks but against teams that sit back I can see him struggling. he needs to work more on his dribbling if he wants to make it in the PL imo. still young so hopefully it’s a signing that works out with time

How punctual is he? Cause that’s a big deal around here.
