If they start in place of players who don't play due to form or injury, then it's additional.

Zinchenko/Martinez/Hicky starting ahead of an injured Tierney.
Raphine starting instead of a formless Pepe, rotating with Martinelli.
Vieira as a 2nd AM, making Xhaka a back up DM to Partey.

But I'll go for our team

Hard to argue tbh. Spurs are starting to recruit well.

We aren't even linked to one besides GJ, who may not even play for us in that role.

People have been saying that for years and they are still shit!

Loris was better than Schezney, Kane better than Auba, Vertonghen better than Mertesacker.

They have had some quality signings on paper, yet we have won more under Arteta, than they have in 30 years

Plenty of bullshit clickbait links floating about, but there seemed to be more on Scamacca... plus we actually tried to get Vlahovic, which indicates at least some intent to get a CF.

True but now they have Conte. A real war dog. Proven winner.

The one thing I feel we may miss in our squad is some consistent, injury free, world class players

We have a lot of young talent with huge potential, but sometimes you need a Kane or Son to deliver week in week out.

We might not need a proper CF if we have several forwards interchanging to get to the end of final passes or crosses. Saka, Jesus and Martinelli, or Rafinha, Nktiah and ESR could do it with Odegaard, Vieira pushing from behind.
Many goal scoring options, many mobile forwards to confuse the opponent, w/o a focal point.

That would only be true if Arteta changes the formation away from 4-2-3-1 ...........

Something I've wanting him to do for over a season and he hasn't done it so I'm not expecting it.

He needs proper players ,which he's slowly accumulating for a total football approach. He's following Pep/ Wenger model, and getting there slowly but surely.
Technical players all over the pitch.

Our technical players so far: Ramsdale
Gabriel Maghaleas, White, Tomiaysu, Tierney, Tavarez( very raw), Vieira, Odegaard, ESR, Saka, Marinelli.
Not that technical: Holding, Xhakha, Cedric, Nketiah /Lokonga ( I'm in two minds for both, not enough evidence yet), Partey ( somewhere in the middle, at least not as technical as expected ).
If we get Rafinha, Leandro Martinez and Jesus, we might be a formidable outfit along w/academy prospects Patino and Azeez.
Holding judgment on Saliba and Marquinhos- haven't seen them in action.

But Arteta is a very controlling manager role / position wise so that whole theory doesn't make much sense.

You can't be a dictorial manager and want free flowing football?

Time will tell, but a dictatorial attitude might be necessary when dealing with a whole bunch of new players and green horns, and trying to enforce a new style. Once, established, things might get much relaxed.
SAF, GG both were such managers. GG was tough in dealing w/players to ward off the lackadaisical attitude that had permeated into the Arsenal dressing room during the late Terry Neil/ Howe era.
Wenger on the other hand was quite the opposite. Of course he initially benefitted from the hard work done by GG and Rioch.
