Last summer and the one where we only bought cech tough to beat but if we get no one knowing we need players, this might top it

What window?

We've not even started yet, apart from an exodus of players.

No wonder we can't field an eleven for a match.

AMN, Kolasinac, Balogun gone, Elneny, Pepe, Partey, Auba at the AFCON, Xhaka being Xhaka.

Add to that the injuries and Covid cases.
We did this last January. Offloading players ready for the summer. They are thinking long term. They know who they do and don't want at the club and don't care about bringing in replacements if an offer comes in for someone they don't want.

Daft given fourth place is achievable but understandable given how we've struggled to get rid of deadwood.

I'm absolutely all for getting rid of deadwood like the Mari's, AMN's etc but we need to sign players as well.

We desperately need a CF and a CM.

.......... if Laca goes down then what?

We were playing good football at full strength but now we're dangling by our pubes, we're on very thin ice and it could ruin the season.

Yeah. No CF means no top 4 imo.
Watching Kane tonight he looks like he is coming into form. Spurs are going to be stronger in the second half of the season.
We again can’t really rely on Tuchels Chelsea to continue their meltdown

Top 4 looking very tight now, West Ham in 4th 2 points ahead of us but we have two games in hand, Spurs have leapfrogged us and are 5th with a game in hand (we got really lucky with the away game being called off, we really did) and Man U are somehow only 3 points behind us yet have had a nightmare although we do have a game in had so it could be 6 points.

Spurs are the big danger here though, that away NLD is very tricky.

We do have an easier set of fixtures however so that is to our advantage.

When it comes to signings we’ve been very slow, doesn’t look like anything will happen soon, if it does it will probably be on deadline day.

19 days in and no signings.

Old Arsenal is back.

We need to stop dreaming. No top player is going to join us while we can’t guarantee CL and have an inexperienced manager at the helm. We lucked out with Saka and ESR coming through the academy at the right time and paying over the odds for a couple of shrewd signings in the summer. But thats about it. Players like Vlahovic have the world at their feet. They ain’t coming here. Edu better fly over to South America and start sniffing around there for some gems.

Self-sabotaging behaviour on full display. Arteta subconsciously knows he's not good enough for Top 4, so he's not making any buys while also depleting our squad further with player exits and his personal grudge against Auba.

At the end of the season, his fanboys will have their excuses ready.

They have them ready now

It's laughable
