Was clearly MOTM.

Wolves were poor in attack though. They messed up 7/10 of their deliveries.

I give credit to Gabi the most for making vital headers when the cross was actually good. White was ok, solid, made some silly tackles, Ramsdale, Tierney did what they needed and Cedric genuinley had a good game.

Back line has a hint of GG grit to it, so good to see an Arsenal side that can defend again

Wolves were shit. They had not even 3 good chances in this game for all of their effort. Every single time they got in the final 3rd the final ball was dreadful. Its good when the delivery was decent Gabriel and White was there to head it away. Although Shite really made some risky fouls in the first half, a better side will exploit that more.

While defensivley we did our jobs. Any better side or even someone like Villa would had made better openings.

Wolves have done well this season but i knew as soon as we scored we had a big chance to win with a clean sheet since they badly struggle to score goals and yesterday it showed.

If anything these pics are a microcosm of what we have become; adept at defending but standards dropped so far we celebrate a victory at Wolves like we won a trophy.

I know the latter is unfair, Wolves are a tough team to beat and ANY win down to 10 men deserves celebration.

That’s Aston Villa who were 2-0 up at home to wolves with 10mins to go and lost 3-2

True, results like that is why Dean Smith is now managing Norwich.

They are better under Gerrard now. Especially in attack.

I see, so now we have to disregard Wolves results to underpin a terrible argument that they are 'shit'. I guess the fact they were equal second on PL form coming into the game against us doesn't count either. Everyone we beat is obviously shit. I mean they have to be for the 'Arteta is a shit manager' argument to hold up, right?

Jay what are you on about?????

My point mentioning Villa is they have a better more potent attack than Wolves do.

Wolves are better overall but Villa have better attackers.

Tomi being out has been a problem for us.
Cedric does ok but he’s clearly not at the right level. All over the place the the first goal tonight.
Out of position too often.

Really hope Tomi can come back and be at 100% for the run in but it’s looking unlikely.

Cedric was perfectly fine, Rammy cost us the goal.

Been a fine backup for over a month now and surprised he didn’t get a chambers level arse ripping tonight tbh. Diaz was pocketed.

Right now the window looks above average at best.

Lokonga not good enough
Tavares not good enough
White has been ok by has an error in him and against decent teams gets shown up
Odegaard has been decent though does go missing in some games
Tomiyasu has done decently but has been injured quite a while now
Ramsdale has been great although his form has dipped a bit

Remains one of the best transfer windows the club has ever had.

The young signings have been an inspiration this year.

Love seeing them play.
White and Odegaard the pick of the bunch. Tomi superb but injury hurt us.
Ramsdale best keeper in the league.
Lakonga looks class every time he plays .. outplayed Bissouna today and he’s just a back up for now gaining experience.
Tavares excellent earlier in the year, he’ll get his confidence back.

Another window as good and we are all set.

I don’t think it was that good, as we’re seeing now.
