Yeah, I thought he was decent. Showed so much more than Nelson and Vieira, that's for sure.

Spoke to a colleague who went to the Leverkusen game. Nwaneri wasn't impressive. The other pubber kid was though. I didn't watch any game but doesn't sound good

Hope he comes good but I remember posters on this very forum going crazy about akpom, crowley, zimlazim whatever. Only one said all were shit

I hate being right :(

The Leverkusen match wasn't his best. He was much better against Liverpool and United.

Against Leverkusen, first 5 minutes when he came on he started brightly - it was his driving run that led to a goal a couple of minutes after being introduced, but he faded and made a few rookie errors to give the ball away. Trying too hard.
He's certainly got talent. but we'll need to see if he has the mentality and intelligence to make it at the top level.

Maybe we could give him a few pity penalties to boost his confidence.

Oh , is he going to be another hate figure for you? After crying like a baby about giving youth a chance?
Oh dear. Looks like Kai has hurt you more than I thought with his great form.
Lovely to see.

Wow… you’re on a first name basis with Havertz.

Between Jesus, Sterling, and Nwaneri, I thought he was the brightest sub today. Looked alert and composed in his spare minutes. He belongs.

Kid didn't look out of place when he came on.
Bright future is he stays grounded.
Huge game for him to come on, so the manager obviously has faith in him.

Can't tell much from such few minutes
He did well though,
Needs the faith to continue and more minutes maybe even the odd start with ode on the bench as back stop incase things go tits up

Definitely, he looked the brightest out of the 3 comfortably. He looked tricky on the ball, great close control, I'd like to see more.

Should definitely be integrated into the first team proper, he should be getting minutes in most games now.

Incredibly disciplined and mature play for his age. He's not wasting possession at all. That's what impresses me most about this kid.

Deserves more game time.

Should have started today. His cameo at the end and last start should be enough for Arteta to start him.
Best time to start a young player is when their tail is up and full of confidence.
