Cba to go back but given it's Jedi, I trust those words were actually said and they are preposterous. The fact it's his yellow being investigated doesn't mean he knew anything about it, the ref controls the cards.

They weren't.

In fairness I'm just gonna back out of this one lol, haven't seen or at least can't remember the original posts so not my place to jump in now.

Just isn't really like Jedi to make stuff up so took him at his word, maybe it was more inferred but I don't care enough so leave you both to it :1970_two_smileys_drinking_beer_together.gif:

I think it was. You can shove someone with both hands when they're taking a throw in. I think Martinelli thought he was clean and fouled to stop the run of the attacker, a clear yellow.

Two yellows from one passage of play.

Only against the Arsenal.

Only from our stupid players. How could Martinelli no know that he would be booked for shoving someone?

The number of red cards this team is getting is suspect. Probably a betting thing. It doesn't make sense based on the kind of fouls we see in other games that don't get punished . Image

I've never seen anything like it. It's not as if he hacked down two players with reckless challenges. Just a bit over eager with his play. If he had know he was on a yellow for the first challenge he's have calmed down. Poor from the ref.

Enough blaming the refs, the players need to stop losing their heads every single game.

Poor decision by the ref to give the double yellow to Martinelli.
