I think Arteta is trying his hardest to get some belief out of his players, i'm enjoying it, the photographer thing was a bit weird mind.

Its not a documentary, it's a PR exercise to build up the club's profile.

It is, but we are not the only ones, City, Crystal Palace, teams from europe, Amazon seem to be doing as many as possible

No longer under contract, no longer obliged to appear.

There's the bit where he's in the car and says something like "they asked if I wanted to speak to them again and I said no".

He was, I took that as him telling the documentary guys what was going on.

Still can't believe, we had a 4 point gap with 3 games to go ..... and fookin blew it.

But you are pushing your luck when you have Soares, Holding, Tavares, Nketiah, Elneny and Xhaka starting the games in your run in, I mean, one or 2 of them at any one time you can absorb, but when 6 of them start, WTF ?!!!!

The level of incompetence at management level (and I mean manager and up) is off the charts.

Well at least they didn't paper over the loss of CL qualification.

Feel bad for Tavares getting yelled at, but he did give away goals in those games. The blame ultimately falls on the manager however, who trusted Tavares and let Kolasinac and Chambers go 4 months early.

100%. If you get to games and you are responsible for starting Soares, Tavares, Nketiah, Holding, Elneny and Xhaka in the same team you are clearly at fault, I refuse to condemn the players, we all know their limitations. It was totally unfair to put them in that position/situation.

The irony runs deep at this club though.

Arteta is shouting "do you want to play in the CL?" In Tavares' face.....and then sends him to a CL club 2 months later

if only it were simple to replace the above w/ better players at the snap of your fingers.

but, as a player, arent you WANTING to be in the position to show you ARE BETTER THAN MIDTABLE?

in the end they learned they are lacking in qualities necessary to compete at the highest levels

this is neither a condemnation of players or of manager but to me the realization point that better plaeyrs are needed,

thus, Jesus, Zinchenko, Saliba and... maybe more?

And maybe a different manager too...

Simply put we didn't have the firepower at the end because we didn't take the chance of improving the team in January bar the Vlahovic bid.

Rob Holding fked us against Spurs, another of the old guard that shouldn't be starting for us, a guy happy to just collect a cheque as he admitted.

Arteta also at fault for his tactical ignorance, I remember that Spurs game and said pre-match, we should play 3-4-3 defensive and just hit on the counter, the occasion was always going to be to risky to try and out play them away.

That remains my biggest concern after watching the series, is Arteta's tactical thinking, we're going again this season with his 4-2-3-1 ...... and again if it fails us even now he has all his players, it'll be another season wasted.

He's actually lucky, Jesus looks like he wants to play his heart out in that false no9 role and his City connections have landed him Zinch as well, another player from City who's been trained to be a top professional.

Lets hope it all clicks into gear and this year it gets done, because after this season with £300m spent on Arteta's choice players, there can be no more excuses.
