Currently 2 teams only with better defensive record in the league than them, Man City and Chelsea!!

Ben who?!

Wow, that is a reach.
Good god... that is pretty sad.

Funny how you mention that but don't hold your hands up at Burnley's 2 away goals tonight after downplaying our clean sheet against them.

Never understand fans bitching on our new signings which such lame crap. :dontknow:

I've bookmarked this for the end of the season.

EDIT : Lol, I just checked and Brighton conceded to Burnley :rofll: :rofll: :rofll:

Jay this is all about £50m bro!

Off course we will finish above Brighton but the point is, we are underperforming massively and spending stupid money on players we shouldn't be. I feel it is my duty to highlight these points

Yup

Fortunately Kane didn't have his shooting boots on

Not a bad game but no better than 6/10

Yeah excellent today... Again.
Quarterbacked the first half and dominated Kane.
Tougher second half for everyone as we tired.
Overall though White and Tomi have made HUGE positive impact on the defence.

6/10

After his terrible debut, he's put in 3 adequate performances. 5 or 6 out of 10.

Hopefully as he plays more, we'll get better performances

Rather it be white and gabbi together than any of the others partnering, they will get better shame saliba is not here to rotate also

Yeah I think he's still making the odd rushed ball under pressure but he made a few good tackles etc today, I think he'll get better once he's fully settled and yes, I'd rather have him with Gabriel than bloody Mari or Holding.

Not even sure why we re-signed Holding.

Yeah I saw that, that was a badman tackle, I was cheering that, it was at that point I thought ... we might get something from the game.

That tackle let the whole crowd know early that the team was up for it.
Shame Son got the goal at the end when Xhaka was down injured because for the rest of the game he was shut down by Tomiyasu and White.

Risky tackles, they’re Hollywood tackles, look good when they come off but when they don’t (more often than not) you give away fouls in dangerous areas, as White has a tendency to do (he was lucky to get away with the tackle against Kane which could have been a penalty).

His best game for us on Sunday but it’s fine margins with his rashness in the tackle.

So far 2 good games and 2 bad ones, plenty of room for improvement.

He’s quite rash, he’s got a lot to learn and will probably cost us points with this rashness.

So far doesn’t look like a 50 million defender, Gabriel has outperformed him and he cost half that.
