His contract runs until June 2022 so we'd get a good price for him if he was sold in the summer.

I feel like Laca peaked for us last season when the Auba-Laca partnership was strong. His goalscoring was Giroud-level but he bagged a ton of assists, which made him dangerous anytime he was inside the 18yd box. We've missed that from him this season.

He can't run the channels. Big problem. It's fine if you're a man mountain like Haller or Giroud. With Aubameyang likely gone in summer, i hope we don't do another Ozil and re-sign Lacazette to save face. Sell him in the summer.

I actually think Giroud is better. His hold up play created more chances for us and he gave defenders a real hard time, u know he was a handful.

Laca is just no threat to so many CB’s

Is this why Wenger refused to splash the dough on him during 15/16? :hiding:

Only u spastics on here think he should be sold. Worked hard again but unfortunately no real chances, was hoping he’d bury the freekick.

He got the biggest cheers in the stadium and was massively applauded.

As a bench player he is ok but two wingers and auba in the middle is whats called for, i know people will say auba scores on the wing but most them goals come in the middle after he has made a run, i think he has the potential to get 30-40 goals in the centre, on the wing more like 25. Laca just doesnt have the same level of threat.
