the only concern i had with reiss is whether he had it in him to have a fearless mentality in a senior squad

absolutely chuffed that he does. 18 years old, scoring for fun in the bundesliga. cant wait to see him with us next year, what a talent

4 goals from 5 shots. Coincidentally, our 1st team players are the most effective goal scorer in EPL at this moment. And I think our youth players are also scoring for fun, including in the national team last week. I don't know whether it's luck or confidence or "Wenger Out" effect or something else.

It's probably them realising that with Wenger gone they now need to perform to get a chance whereas with Wenger they could be shit and still get a chance

https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/reiss-n ... ler/340325

That estimated market value leap from £360k to £6.75m.

Already in the top 100 most valuable English players.

Currently ranked 18th, at this rate it's only a matter of time before he enters the world's top 5 of most valuable players born in 1999.

Guendouzi, also born in 1999 is ranked 11th in transfermarkt's player value estimation.

It's great to see our youngsters thrive. Let's hope Nelson has a huge year in Bundesliga and comes back strong next season. We need wingers badly.

What would be better if one of our own made it?

Ramsey, Welbeck and maybe even Mkhi are gone by next season. He will get some game time here.

Where does he play for Hoffenheim?

He was garbage when he played for us but I don't think he was played in his rightful position

The BL is ideal for loaning in some ways, as long as the player is comfortable living abroad. It's physical like the PL is so they get toughened up, but it's also far from the UK media glare so they can get on with developing in relative peace

That said, on balance I still think a PL loan is best
