Well.....having just caught up on the last couple of pages, one thing is abundantly clear.....we're in a right fecking mess! Lots of ideas, none of them would bring any guarantees, its actually very depressing.

Of course at the root of all of this is the fact that our players simply aren't good enough. Certainly not the midfield and defence anyway. So whoever does replace Emery has to find a way of creating a balance with what we have, which based on the various theories on this board, won't be easy. The idea that we can just bring in new wonderful midfielders and defenders has already been proved to be nigh on impossible.
