The strides they've made under Pochettino are incredible, especially in such a short space of time - and he's blown the myth we can't compete due to money right out of the water - we can't compete because of Wenger.

Thought it was all about trophies? Who cares how many points you have.

To win trophies that matter, the PL and CL, first you have to make progress - and that's exactly what Spurs are doing right now - that's undeniable. Arsenal have seen zero progress under Wenger for over a decade.

If we keep Wenger and they keep Poch there's only going to be one winner in the race to win another title, and it won't be us.

Fool, he's showing how far Spurs have come under Pochettino and using the points they have amassed in comparison to our best ever totals as proof.

The problem is, if Wenger could just all of a sudden wake up and do better I don't so what a new owner could do. surely if Wenger knew what to do to make us better he would do it. I don't think a new owner alone will make a difference.

Spurs 2016-17:
PL - never led the league at any stage in the season
CL - didn't clear the group stage. Finished behind Monaco and Leverkusen
UL - knocked out by Gent
FA Cup - knocked out by Chelsea in the semis
Cap One cup - knocked out by Liverpool in the round of 16

Long way to go for the lads.

I'd rather you be a Leatherface in the cupboard, then jump out and cut Wenger and Kroenke in half with your chainsaw.

How right you are man!!!...wasting France time too having Giroud as center foward. Can't turn, can't beat, no shoulder drop..no trickery. no flair..no fox in the box instinct like Fatso Higuain. #Kronkeout#Wengerout#Giroudout # UsmanovIN!!!

As they say, all he does is score....

There are many ways for a striker to be effective. That said he does have flicks and flare if you actually watch the man play. His hold up play is very good. He is part of a system, part of a team and his attitude this years was f***ing awesome.

I think we’re underestimating what a little pressure can do. The way I see it is that Wenger is like a decent first eleven player without competition. Eventually his performances will start to decline unless someone puts his position under serious threat. Right now, or at least up until this season, Wenger has been too comfortable in his job. If rumors are to be believed, there’s already a contract on the table for Wenger despite the club finishing behind Sp*rs, possibly outside the top 4, and possibly without a trophy. All this after spending about 100 million on players too. The suits don’t care if we win a major trophy and if they do then they aren’t applying enough pressure. It’s this mentality that filters all the way down to the manager and then on to the players. Sanchez’s recent form is the ultimate case in point. I know Wenger has been really bad lately but you cannot ignore what he was and possibly is still capable of. Just look how he performed before we moved to the emirates and when Dein was here. Also look how he suddenly becomes a good manager when 4th is under threat or when an FA Cup is on the line. An owner who really gives a damn about the club would most likely have Wenger performing at his peak level over a full season and not just parts of it.

It would be very interesting and I’d prefer to see how Wenger does under better management but if that’s not possible here then he has to go because we certainly won’t make any progress as things are

Come on man! Giroud is as Claude describes, a glorified Lampost. I have been watching and his link up play hasn't been great overall....which is partly not his fault when he does no look passes to 'nobody' because none goes up to support him as much true. But Ozil and Sanchez or of much higher class...thus why the combined so beautifully for that last goal Ozil scored....classy players can read each other, dictate, anticipate and play well off each other.......Crystal Palace have a more dynamic NUMBER 9 and its CRYSTAL PALACE....( thus the no.9...not no.12...cause Wenger knows he's not that gud).

Regardless of all that jazz!!!...please Usmanov! be a wind of change and get Kronke out! bring new investment and more transfer funds even though i'm Wenger out. if he stays i think after stadium is paid off more money should be pumped into transfers to bring in more class like Ozil and Sanchez. Usmanov can do that.
