i usually listen to footy podcasts when working out, but if I go with music you can't go wrong with TOOL. i suggest "Parabola" or "Vicarious" to really get you going

some old school rave stuff like prodigy,SL2, Bombscare by 2 blind mice, early drum and bass gets you firing :weightlifts:

Well when i am going on long walks i like to listen to Guns N Roses. Suppose Eye of the Tiger would be a good workout song.
